Banking Group – Set-up Project, Portfolio Management Office & Proof of Concept PMO tool

Quasus helped to set-up a Project Portfolio Management methodology and process, using one common tool to ensure this bank focuses its resources on relevant strategic projects. The cost savings resulting from this project were estimated at about 200.000 euro per annum.

Belgian Banking Group – Project Management

The client wanted to create a group-wide project management methodology, including documentation to consistently implement project-based working. Afterwards, the client had clear documentation on the new project management bodies within the banking group, templates, training material and shortly after, this project-based approach was implemented at banks in Central Europe.

Telecom company – SDLC assessment/improvement project

This telecom company contacted Quasus to make an assessment of the current testing and release process in order to make it more efficient. An implementation plan, templates and business case was delivered to the client.

Social secretariat – Process Management Office (PMO)

The client wanted to use a process modelling tool, documented in a SAS70 quality certification project. However, since last years’ mapping initiative no updates to the described processes had been made and no new processes had been identified nor described. Thanks to Quasus, the client is able to run their process modelling activities independently.

Pharmaceutical company – Project Management

The client wanted to develop and implement one single laboratory management system across all sites around the world. Quasus assigned an experienced project manager who succesfully implemented the requested solution.
