Under guidance of your own personal coach you will be constantly challenged to improve your techniques and competences. You are also coached on the job, at the customer’s site by other Quasus consultants. The career path is unique and endless for each of our consultants. Whatever you choose and in whatever direction you want to continue your career, the choice is entirely up to you.

Quasus = Fun
Fun activities enhance collaboration, sharpen skills, express creativity or just help people to blow off steam. We want all of our consultants to do this in an activity they can enjoy. Formal team meetings, VIP cinema experiences, karting, thematic after work drinks, quizzes, city games, kick-off events, cycling in our Quasus sport outfits… You name it and we’ve done it.
The Learning Organization
All our consultants follow The Quasus Leadership Academy. During this series of trainings you are given the opportunity to enhance your necessary soft skills. You learn about new topics and renew or increase your knowledge about other, perhaps more hard skill matters.
Follow our Open University courses to enlarge and broaden your more general knowledge in whatever field you want to grow in.
Between projects you can train skills in our “Internal Projects” room at the office. Take this time to sharpen some of those soft skills and spent the time working on internal IT-projects, actively participate in brainstorm sessions, strategy meetings and so much more. “Bench time” at Quasus is not a waste of time.
