About 6 years ago I was looking for a new job, as the company I was working for at that time didn’t provide me with enough professional challenges. Instead of sending my resume to a bunch of companies I decided to call my cousin, who was always telling me how great it was to work for Quasus, a new company started by a group of young, enthusiastic and motivated people who decided to do things differently.
At Quasus, ‘Passion for People’ and ‘Passion for Excellence’ aren’t just hollow words. They care about people because they understand that people are a consultancy company’s most valued asset. Another thing that immediately caught my attention when I started to work at Quasus, is how ‘Entrepreneurship’ lives and breathes throughout the whole organization. It’s not only our CEO’s motto; everyone is encouraged and stimulated to take ownership of his or her own career. Here, the possibilities are infinite and just keep in mind to ‘walk your talk’.
Now, looking back on the past 6 years I have been working here, I must say that -even after all this time- Quasus is still a company that manages to surprise me, in the best possible way.
